Can hear some noise from street nearby but if you are out and about it shouldn't be a problem. The location is 5*. Plus with the air on you won't hear anything. Yes, there is a public bus stop near the condo. You can walk to beaches, mall, restaurants and hotels. The location is great although you might want to rent a car to see the island and experience all that Maui has to offer. Especially all the different beaches in the area including Makena Beach.
