Please check Hawaii Covid-19 rules. Kona Calm sits approximately 120 steps from Keauhou Bay! Paddle boards and/or snorkel steps from the house. Lots of beach toys! Our house has AC units in every bedroom, two living rooms, foosball table, pool, and a large open concept kitchen, dining room, living room area on the 2nd floor. There are large covered lanais on the 1st and second floor for family meals or quiet time. 2+ blocks to the supermarket and restaurants at Keauhou Shopping Center. Large, open living spaces with lanai's off almost every bedroom. Ocean view from back of house and every bedroom. Easy access to the bay with calm water to enjoy paddle board sports, snorkeling, fishing off dock, outrigger canoeing, etc. There is also a sand volleyball court and small public park steps away. Access to entire house. Beach toys and gear available for guest use in back shed. OC1 is NOT for guest use(yellow and white boat in backyard). Please remember there is a 3 hour time difference from California to Hawaii when calling.(California is 3 hours ahead) The house is located at the end of the street as it dead ends at the ocean. There is a small public park with the bay beach entry. There is also a local outrigger canoe club next to the park. It is a quiet area with some public activity during the day around the bay. There is a shopping area about 2+ blocks from the house. It has a theater, grocery store, pharmacy, Urgent Care, shops and restaurants.
