As a side note: our rates DO include the Hawaii State and T-A-T taxes totaling 14.41%, so no additional/hidden fees will be collected upon arrival. In addition, we are conveniently located approximately 1/2 mile away from our local grocery store, drug store, shops, restaurants and the movie theatre. Not to mention, only 4 miles from Kailua Kona town itself. Should you prefer to travel our beautiful Island by using our Big Island local Bus transportation (Hele On) or local trolley, it is convenient to access them from our home.
