It is a rural setting 7 miles from Covington, 3 from Social Circle, and 7 from Monroe. It is approximately40 miles from Atlanta and the same from Athens, Georgia. The space It is a home simple as that. As it has some quirks, it is comfortable, convenient, and animal friendly. If you’re looking for a spotless germ free atmosphere, this is not your place as it is not a 5-star hotel. There is 1 dog plus 4cats,and 2 horses. It is clean, not cluttered, and just a nice home with a whimsical and a country air. The TV is NOT located in your bedroom. It is located in the den. You also have WiFi although whatever goes in in the atmosphere may affect the speed. You virtually have the entire house to use except my bedroom and bath……. It’s hard to describe the setup, but it is very private, and I stay out of your way unless you text me with a question or you have a random animal in the bedroom. Guest access You have access to everything on the property except my bedroom and bathroom. Enjoy! During your stay I am retired and although home quite a bit, I stay very busy. The majority of the time, I stay in the other side of the house in my bedroom. I very seldom use the living room, dining room, sunroom or kitchen unless I have company. A bigger screen TV is located in the sunroom /den for your use. Because of the layout of the house, I very seldom will be seen. Other things to note Since I have 1 dog, your pets are required to be dog friendly, spayed or neutered, and house broken. Your pets should DEFINITELY be cat friendly. Do not bring into the property that has any aggression along with the inability to play with other animals and people friendly. There is a charge for having a pet, but if it causes ANY damage whatsoever, the cost is $150 minimum. The property is fenced and cross fenced with a dog door in the laundry room that accesses to the outside.Crate is available for your room. Please do not bring an animal on the property if you yourself can’t control it nor cannot play with other animals. First and foremost, my animals and their safety and happiness are most important. Also, the TV isNOT in your bedroom. It is located in the den.
