We do not rent to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by the corresponding number of responsible parents. We require one parent for every two persons under the age of 25. Take a tram to the lighted basketball court or the six professional tennis courts. Enjoy walking trails with the family then gather them together for a memorable picture in the gazebo on the lily pad-clad lake. Lounge in one of Hidden Dunes pools or just laze away the day on Hidden Dunes private beach. Plus, great shopping and dining choices are all within a mile’s distance. Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
