Located in the heart of Kailua this place is a perfect get-away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki while still having all the shopping, dining and activity conveniences. Our studio is located in an extremely quiet and safe residential area. The studio comfortably accommodates two adults in our queen sized bed including a large couch that converts into a twin-sized bed. I would be happy to share my washer and dryer with you - when I am in town and home. 2 bicycles to use during your stay - did we mention that the beach is only a 4 minute ride away? Cooler and beach gear- chairs, towels and sand toys. Full decorated by a designer a private studio complete with newly-renovated bathroom, kitchen and living area. Outdoor space includes driveway entrance, front yard and table, chairs, umbrella, water hose for washing off the sand, umbrella , beach supplies and a grill. The studio has a complete privacy with its own entrance. Guest are able to easily check yourself in and out without assistance. Kailua is a beautiful town! With fabulous of dining, shopping, and activity choices - one never gets bored here. Kailua and Lanikai beach are huge highlights of our town, but there are also amazing eating and unique shopping experiences as well. Everything is conveniently located within a 10-15 minute walk - tons of shopping and over 100 dining options. Kailua is one of the Best Places to live in Hawaii and the world. It is a beach town that pride itself on the local beauty and culture. There are NO hotels and many great sites to see- surf, kayak , snorkel, sail and hike. Many people bike to and from the stores and beaches. It is easy to catch an Uber or Left from the airport to Kailua Town. Several Guests have not rented cars and just used the bikes and walked. There is a public bus transportation. The studio is on a nice residential culdesac and easy to get in and out of. walking distance to the beach and the stores and restaurants.
