The Master Bedroom is on the main floor and features a spa-like ensuite complete with a soaker tub. The second bedroom sports a King bed and the third bedroom features a queen bed. The living room features a 65" Ultra HD 4K TV.  The private grill is perfect for bringing home the fresh catch of the day or veggies from one of the many farmer's markets.  Each of the three lanais is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Things to do:  Staying in Kulalani gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool, and kiddie pool.  You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!  A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.  The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.  Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.  For larger groups ask us about renting homes next door / across the street so the entire group can all stay near each other. Kulalani is a wonderful gated community with a 2 acre recreation complex including a quiet lap pool and a large family pool along with a fitness center and 2 spa hot tub pools. Also enjoy free access to the private Mauna Lani Beach club. A car is advised to get out and explore the Big Island and all its adventures and diverse landscape. After your booking is accepted on Airbnb you will receive a copy of our home use agreement. We require this to be signed and returned in order to confirm your booking. IMPORTANT: Although the Homeowner Association (HOA) schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
