This particular residence is located in the village of Zygos, 12 km from the center of Kavala and is a safe holiday destination. It is built on a hill, right next to the forest and can accommodate up to 7 people in an elegant and carefully designed area. The space Enjoy your stay as a family or group of friends in this clean and neat detached house featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and spacious communal areas. ( The ground floor is our own independent residence). It offers comfort, luxury, relaxation, rest and peacefulness! You can use the available spaces on the 1st and 2nd floor. The spaces that will be accommodating you consist of a spacious and bright living-dining room that extends in two levels, which is a comfortable area to relax, enjoy your food, watch a film from our movie collection or play entertainment games (games adequate for children are available too). It communicates with the kitchen, which is fully equipped for you to prepare a full menu or a small snack. For larger groups, the two comfortable beds and a sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 3 people. Both bedrooms have brand new pillows and mattresses that embrace the head and body in the best ideal way, to provide a relaxed, healthy sleep Luxurious, cool cotton linens will offer discreet pleasure, white towels, branded high quality bed linen for all seasons of the year are equipping the house to complement the pleasure we offer. Coco-Mat, Kentia, Das are some of the companies we have trusted for our bedrooms. Both bathrooms are tastefully designed and feature hair, body and essentials. The house is surrounded by the large perimeter veranda and the private garden with barbecue. Yoga groups may find an ideal place for them in the garden, while in the outdoor kitchen we could introduce you to the secrets of Greek Cuisine, if you wish. In our house we are blessed with the natural coolness of the forest, but there still is an air condition in the living room and ceiling fans in two of the bedrooms. Hot water is available around the clock, while for the winter season the house possesses central heating, offering you a comfortable stay in all seasons of the year and fireplace. Guest access Our guests have access to all the available spaces of the house and are invited to enjoy their stay and to handle everything in the area with love and care! They may use if they want all the items they are provided with and they are kindly requested to place them in the same position and at the same condition they found them. Other things to note The house has: private entrance and surrounding environments as well as 2 parking spaces, smart t.v., satellite channels, free wi-fi in all areas, bicycle for tours in the quiet surrounding nature, organized first aid kit. We also installed an alarm system and water and foam fire extinguishers. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available upon request. Breakfast is not available, but in the kitchen cabinets you will find upon your arrival three different varieties of tea, coffee and sugar. Within and a close distance you can find mini market, bakery, butcher shop, pastry shop, taverns and fast food snack bars. We have arranged for you to have almost anything that you wish from these stores delivered at no cost (ask for additional information...).
