There is a peek a boo view of the ocean from the living room and the lanai. Please note due to the convertible twins in the guest bedroom, the room is very tight. Walk to the beach access areas for A Bay or the Hilton within 5 min. Enjoy a short walk to the King or the Queen shopping Centers. Open the windows at night and you can hear the sound of the water falls from the pond. Close the windows and you can have complete quite time. There are 2 tennis courts, a pool and a jacuzzi in the complex for guests to enjoy. Please note the AC low limit is 74 degrees. Minimum night varies seasonally 4 - 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets are allowed. Once the reservation is paid in full and rental policies are signed, we provide directions from the airport to the property with access codes.
