Air Conditioned! Swimmable Beach at your door. Lae Nani "Starfish" #411 is a corner, ocean view unit. Three large bedrooms and Two full bathrooms. The unit has been fully renovated and professionally decorated with on-trend decor and a subtle Starfish theme. Because its a ground floor unit, you don't have to deal with hauling suitcases, groceries, beach chairs, etc. up & down stairs, not to mention just walking right out to the expansive lawn and gorgeous beach for swimming! *Starfish* Lae Nani 411 is a relaxed, casual, low-rise Tropical Style complex with palatial lawn areas & exotically beautiful landscaped gardens. Air Conditioning throughout. Sleep comfortably with AC in every bedroom, plus living room. Tiki torches every evening on the property add to Hawaiian ambiance. You can walk out to the tennis court, heated salt water pool, lawn and beach directly from the lanai. You are also walking distance to many shops and restaurants plus a bakery for that morning treat. There are two king beds and two twins (The two twins can be made-up into a King bed with a conversion kit.). The primary bedroom is on the ocean side with its own private lanai and stunning Ocean views (one of the few Lae Nani units with this feature.) A lot of thought has gone into outfitting this unit with everything guests could expect and desire. Great attention to detail has been taken in upgrading this unit, which is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with every convenience. Each bedroom has its own TV, plus there is an additional TV in the Living Room. Lae Nani is the most conveniently located complex on the whole island. You are very close to grocery stores, shopping & many restaurants including LavaLava right next door via our private walking path. Kapaa is centrally located between North and South shores for your daily excursions. Also close to the airport and Costco. In February 2018, TripAdvisor named Kapaa a "Top Travel Destination on the Rise!" Gorgeous Sunrises & Sunsets are a one minute walk across the lawn. Kapaa is so centrally located, there is always something close-by for everyone . In addition to all the ocean & river activities, hiking & biking, wildlife sanctuaries, farmer's markets, day spas, shopping & luaus, and cultural centers, there's even a bit of night-life here with street fairs, clubs with live music & dancing, karaoke bars, plus over 78 restaurants and food trucks to choose from. Our gorgeous eight mile bike path is a must-do! (Rent bikes right next door at Coconut Marketplace.) This area features a more "Local" feel - Wailua and Kapaa are not as crowded & touristy as Poipu and not as wet as the North Shore. The whole island is wonderful and you can't go wrong anywhere, but nice to know what this area offers. You're encouraged to read through the "Amenities" & "Reviews" for additional details about everything provided for you at the condo. Please read our RENTAL AGREEMENT in the House Rules section. By submitting your deposit, you accept the terms outlined in the Rental Agreement. We provide 2 Pack-n-Plays with sheets, a high chair, baby gate, baby bathtub and a bouncy chair for children. If you need more space, just let us know and we can make recommendations for additional units in the complex. The entire condo Local on-island contact five minutes away for anything you need. You will need to rent a car at the airport. PLEASE READ THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT WHICH APPLIES TO ALL BOOKING REQUESTS: Rental Agreement - Lae Nani #411, Kapaa, Kauai AirBnb Listing # mM3h9033qeb We are confident you will have a wonderful vacation at Lae Nani on the beautiful island of Kauai. Below are some guidelines to set your expectations regarding renting this property. By submitting your booking deposit, you acknowledge and ACCEPT these Terms and Conditions. 1. Weather: I understand Kauai is a tropical island subject to many weather conditions which are completely out of the owner’s control. I agree that weather conditions will not result in automatic refunds. 2. Internet: I understand that while wireless Internet is provided at no additional cost, the owners cannot guarantee it is always available 24x7. (Internet is generally reliable, but subject to brief outages.) 3. LN Resort Rules: I acknowledge that Lae Nani is a privately-owned condominium in a complex made up entirely of individual private owners. I agree to abide by all Lae Nani Property “House Rules”. (Pool hours, Tennis court hours, BBQ use, Quiet hours, Outdoor showers, etc. Property House Rules can be found in the House Manual inside the unit.) 4. Smoking: I agree that No Smoking or Vaping is allowed inside the unit. (Smoking outside is permitted in the two designated Smoking areas ONLY (One: outside the entry gate, Two: by the beach grassy area.) Violations of the HOA strict smoking policy may result in eviction by the HOA.) 5. Private Ownership: I understand Unit #411 is not a hotel room, but a privately-owned unit and I agree to respect the home as the property of others and agree to take good care of the unit. 6. Damage: I understand that I am expected to leave the unit in good order without damage. I agree that if I do experience damage, I will report any damage, missing/lost or broken items, asap, and definitely before checkout. Any significant damage resulting from my stay, that requires repairs, will be arbitrated through AirBnb. 7. Air Conditioning (“AC”): I understand Lae Nani 411 has (AC) units in each room. I agree to keep all exterior doors and windows closed during AC operation and agree to turn AC OFF when unit is unoccupied. (Excessive electrical usage fees will be deducted from your deposit. Ceiling fans are in every room; the unit enjoys great cross breezes & many floor fans are provided to keep the unit cool as an alternative to using AC.) 8. House Manual & Safety: I understand there is a House Manual easily located in the unit and I agree to familiarize my entire party with the safety instructions & contents of the manual. I agree that my entire party will honor the guidelines, safety/emergency procedures, and requests outlined in the house manual regarding proper care & usage of appliances and items in Unit 411. 9. Owner Lockout Closets: I agree to inform my entire party that Unit 411 has two interior owner closets which are locked and are not to be broken open or tampered with. I AGREE THAT ANY DAMAGE TO THESE LOCKS AND/OR SAID CLOSET DOORS WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF MY SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND AND ANY DAMAGE REPAIR FEES WILL BE PAID BY MY PARTY. 10. Electricity: I agree my entire party will try to conserve electricity whenever possible. 11. Landscape Maintenance: I understand that Lae Nani complex staff perform routine grounds maintenance which involves lawn mowers and other power tools. (Grounds crew finishes all work by 3:30 pm weekdays, and do not work on weekends or holidays.) 12. Unit Contents: I agree the items provided in Unit 411 are not to be left in any other units at Lae Nani. (The 411 Housekeeping staff has no way to retrieve them.) I agree all items must be returned to Unit 411 prior to checkout. 13. Guest Count: I agree that Maximum Occupancy, including children over one year of age, is SEVEN people. (NO EXCEPTIONS! This is an HOA restriction and routinely checked by on property representatives – anyone with more than seven occupants will be charged extra and subject to immediate consultation including forfeiture of security deposit & possible action. If you need more beds, please consider renting an additional unit(s) on Lae Nani property for your extra guests.) 14. Cleaning: I understand there is no daily maid service. (Mid-stay cleans can be arranged ahead of check-in date.) 15. Resort Facilities: I understand Resort Facilities may be used only by guests occupying the unit. Privileges may be extended to family & friends visiting only when the registered guest is present. Registered occupants may have no more than 2 guests visiting and using the facilities at any time. 16. Parking: I agree to display parking passes in my car at all times. (Failure to display may result in towing at owner’s expense.) 17. Contact Info: I agree to provide Owner of Lae Nani 411 my home address and phone number upon request. 18. Lost Remote Control Charge: I understand that any lost remote controls will be deducted from my deposit at $200 for each missing remote control. 19. Plantation Shutters: I agree to follow instructions about proper use of Plantation Shutters and agree damage incurred by my party are subject to repair charges being deducted from my deposit. 20. Kukui Heiau: I understand we are visiting the State of Hawaii which has a deep cultural history and a sacred Heiau (Hawaiian Temple) adjacent to the Lae Nani property. I agree that our entire visiting party will behave respectfully at the Kukui Heiau and abide by the rules noted on the site by Hawaiian law. OTHER CONDITIONS, WHICH RENTER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES TO: CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made prior to 60 days of arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 59 days of your arrival date are NOT refundable. Credit toward a future rebooking, is subject to owner approval. Any Un-used nights during your stay are not refundable. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS: Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing, in advance.
