Minutes to Historic Haleiwa Town. Located right on the ocean! Salt water pool and jacuzzi for all residents use. This condo has a private master bedroom with attached full bath. There is also a queen bed with sliding shoji screens for an open space or privacy off of the living area. The living room sofa is is a queen memory foam sleeper sofa. There are two full baths. There is a portable AC in the master bedroom and cools well. There is NOT central air. There is a ceiling fan in the living space and several portable fans for comfort. The kitchen is fully prepared for all cooking needs. The condo is supplied with all linens and *initial essentials. IMPORTANT NOTE: This condo is OCEAN FRONT. The pool is directly underneath this unit ( shut off time is 9pm for pool) and If it wasn't for the jacuzzi and pool it might be floating ;) As much as we try, there are certain elements such as sea salt, salt residue, rust and film. these elements effect, metals, stainless steel, windows, and mirrors. With that said, you are ocean front on the North Shore of Oahu! You can experience the views of open ocean, whales during season, sea turtles, beautiful lighting created by nature and our breezy island trade winds. There is also a fabulous beautiful, swimming beach just a 1/4 block away with a beach park that is child friendly. Just walk down the beach a few, to the left and you’re there! This is a very unique location in that it is residential and away from the hub of the other areas. It is just a short driving distance to famous surf beaches and attractions, then come back to a more relaxing feel. It is family neighborhood, close to Haleiwa town. This location is easy to get in and out of the North Shore if commuting for work. For those wanting to visit sites in Honolulu, Pearl Harbor or Waikiki we are located where it is easy access to the two roads leading up to the freeway. There is also a beach park and play ground in walking distance from this condo. I recommend a car for this location. There is bus line near by but a car is recommended. This is a very well managed building. This residence is very family friendly yet also ideal for retirees. There is a pool and Jacuzzi directly below this condo. This condo is residential, not resort. The unit is dated as far as bathrooms but maintained well. We are in the tropics. We are on a regular monthly pest treatment service. We are very proactive in keeping our condo as pest free as possible. With that said, it’s Hawaii, it’s a condo with sliding doors that open, it’s not a closed in hotel room, we do occasionally experience some critters as every residence does here in the islands.
