We are proud to share this piece of paradise with you. - Amazing morning/evening lighting with great air flow - Quiet-family style neighborhood- with usual noises of cars passing, chickens, and neighbors. -3 MINUTE DRIVE TO BEACH - Take a walk through the fruit orchard and help yourself to anything that may be fruiting. - Our kittens, Rogue & Sage will greet you and are super sweet, please feel free to pet & play with them, but do not feed them. Also, please do not let them in any of the units, we do this out of respect for all guests and possible cat allergies. -BEDROOM:One queen size bed & option for additional mattress in living space if more than 2 guests - KITCHEN: We offer olive oil, salt, pepper, and coffee as a sweet gesture to urge guests to cook - FULL WIFI -BATHROOM: full bathroom with a lovely bathtub to relax Guest access There is a combination code to the manual gate. We are in the process of upgrading, but for now this system works great, and all your belongings will be safe. You will also receive a key to the front door. All other doors can be locked from the inside. Guests have access to roam the entire property to enjoy the lush scenery and beautiful orchard. Guest interaction I live on site, but am often away from property, however I can be reached 24/7 on my phone, just shoot a text or call me! If I do not get back to you right away, I will be sure to as soon as I can. Cell reception is not the best up here so sometimes texts are more efficient. Neighborhood overview Being "up the hill" is a special place to be, and all of us who live up here truly enjoy it. It is our slice of heaven and we can't wait to share it with you! Getting around We're one hour or so from the airport with non-rush hour traffic. (Rush hours times 6-8:30 am; 3:30-6 pm) Car Rental: Lucky Owl , Honolulu … great rates, reliable! Please make reservations at least a day in call or do online Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, please request it when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Taxes included in rental amount: GE: State of Hawai'i and 'Oahu TAT: for State of Hawai'i Foodland, the closest grocery store, is a 3 minute drive down the hill .We highly suggest grabbing some groceries and using the wonderful, fully loaded kitchen we have to offer. (*we offer olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, and whatever may be fruiting on the orchard) If you want to relax and enjoy the amazing food truck scene on the North Shore, please do so! We will fill you in with all the suggestions once you arrive! Other things to note Traffic to the north shore can sometimes be slow, so take your time and enjoy the scenery! Please note, this is a newly purchased property with a few homes/structures, so although there is NO major construction or loud noise we will be doing small things around property and we will do our best not to disturb your stay with us.
