Additional Description: This cottage boasts a beautifully updated kitchen and has everything you’ll need to make all your meals. International Colony 9 offers two spacious and comfortable bedrooms, one with a California King and one with a Queen size bed. Both bedrooms offer wonderful natural light, plenty of storage and ceiling fans to help keep you cool after a long day in the sun. Right off the main living area, is a convenient bathroom featuring a walk in shower. The second bathroom features a shower/tub combo. This cottage comes equipped with a flat screen TV as well as free WIFI and cable. There is no air conditioning in the unit, but enjoy the natural breeze from Hawaii's trade winds. My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter set of natural Maui-made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion. International Colony Club is a collection of “plantation style” uniquely Hawaiian cottages situated on 10 acres of meticulously landscaped, lush mature tropical grounds, creating the perfect old Hawaii experience. The grounds border on the Ka’anapali Royal Golf Course and a short walk to spectacular Kahekili Beach Park, fine dining and open air shopping at Whaler’s Village. One of two sparkling pools is only a few steps away from this cottage and the lush tropical gardens add to the Aloha experience. There are no resort or parking fees. International Colony 9 and 10 are located directly next to one another making them the perfect reservation combination for big groups and/or families who want to remain near one another during their stay. Both properties share ownership and are managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Ka'anapali Please note that Airbnb will group the following mandatory, non-refundable fees under their "Cleaning Fee" section. 1) Vacation Rental Damage Waiver plan that will cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior and will cover up to $1,500 in damages. 2) Processing Fee: Our team is available daily from 9am-5:30pm for general questions or issues that arise, plus we have invested in an after-hours emergency staff. 3) Cleaning Fee: Our condos receive a CDC compliant cleaning and we provide a one-time starter supply of kitchen supplies, dish soap, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and Maui-made toiletries at the completion of our deep cleaning. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights. If guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, they will owe 100% for all nights.
