Mahalo, Dave and Gisele Anderson This is a very special place. You can look out into the ocean like most oceanfront homes but looking across Lymans bay is just gorgeous! You feel like you are really in Hawaii away from it all. but yet you are right near famous Alii drive and in Kona. You feel far away and very connected at the same time. There is a small grocery store across the street. We put in special lighting so the coconut trees and the ocean are lit up at night. We have a beautiful green grass yard next to the ocean with a spa which is also right near the water. Our home is newer than most waterfront homes and has central Air which is available for $25 a day plus tax. We have lots of exotic birds that come to visit. and beautiful green geckos in the garden. We often have dolphins come into the bay and sometimes will stay all day. We have a curious black and white neighborhood cat who may pay you a visit, he is a hit with the guests but he is not allowed in the home. At times you can watch people surf, or see fish, eels, turtles, dolphins and whales all from the home. You can look up at the coconut trees from your hammock. Or sit at one of two teak tables outside and watch the waves break. You will not want to leave to visit the rest of this beautiful island!
