WE HAVE ADDED A HOTEL TYPE AC & heat unit to the main living area! This will cool down the kitchen, living, dining area , hall bathroom and help with cooling the bedrooms! Nights in Ruidoso are cool but there are plenty of fans to add to your comfort. We do allow dogs, maximum of 2, by approval. Pet fee applies, per dog. 🦮Must be housebroken & DO NOT GET ON BEDDING OR FURNITURE. If evidence that a dog has been on bedding or furniture, additional cleaning fees apply.
