This ranch house resides in the quiet rural community of Punalu'u, the Ko'olauloa Mountain District on the island of O'ahu. The ranch sits Mauka (mountain) side in front of Sacred Falls and is about 2 blocks (walking distance) from the iconic beaches of the north eastern shore of Oahu. A country setting that has animals, cows, horses, chickens, ducks, sheep, goats, dogs, cats, frogs... etc.! We are excited to share our slice of country with you! We offer a very private, high end Hawaiian country home, located at the foot of Sacred Falls within our ranch setting. Our 30 acres of working ranch features horses, dogs, cats, cattle, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks and pigs. Our animals are a part of our family and free range across the ranch. Our guests are encouraged to enjoy our rustic, country setting by taking walks to explore and pet the animals! We are located on the windward side of the island on the north eastern shore. This can mean at times we'll have pests such as ants, termites and other critters that are above and beyond the norm. We do routinely exterminate and if ever there's a problem, you can give us a call. One last note: as an Airbnb we stock what you need to get started such as a roll +1 of toilet paper for each bathroom, a bag in each garbage can, dish soap, etc. as examples but you must provision your stay accordingly after you arrive. It’s our policy to leave in the rental any left-over goods such as toilet paper and laundry soap as an example, but we can’t guarantee what that supply will be when you arrive beyond the basic starter as mentioned above. Sometimes you can get lucky if the guests before you left it well stocked. *this is not a full service hotel with daily laundry service. There is a laundry room in the garage if you need to do laundry. FULL DISCLOSURE: ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS OR PARTIES CAN BE HELD ON THIS PROPERTY. Only the number of guests noted on the contract and the registered vehicles are allowed on the property. To access the ranch: Drive to the nearly the end of Puhuli Street. On the left-hand side you will see a large Palm tree and American Flag. The ranch is surrounded by a white fence. Turn left just before the flag. You will come to the main ranch gate that says "Tradewinds Ranch" on the posts above the gate. Just prior to arriving, I'll be sending you detailed instructions on how to navigate to the ranch house once on-property. The home is free standing and you will be the only people staying in the house. It has a private driveway with a gate you can close behind you to keep the farm animals at bay if you choose. I also live on the property down the road and can assist you with whatever you need during your stay. Just shoot me a text or give me a call! The bus service in Hawaii is very reliable. There are beautiful beaches just down Kamehameha Hwy that you can walk to. The nearest grocery store, Tamura's Market, is located about 4 minutes up the road. The shopping center also has the following: Domino's Pizza - and they do deliver to the ranch Papa Ole's - amazing Hawaiian food Post Office Grocery Store: Tamuras Longs Drugs (CVS) Hauula Clinic
