Located minutes from downtown Watkins Glen and Watkins International, our home can become your place to stay and relax. The space Our two-story home was built in 2013. Parking: We are located at the end of a private drive. Beside the home is an area where two cars can fit comfortably. Guests can also utilize the front lawn area if they feel comfortable and need the extra room. Guest access Access the home from the front entrance when first arriving. Guests can also access the home from the back slider doors during their stay. Other things to note •Basic starters of toilet paper, paper towels and soaps provided. If you have a larger group, they may need to be replenished by guests. •Towels, linens & pillows provided. •Outdoor furniture: We try to keep our outdoor furniture from being weathered quickly, there maybe times where a guest may have to place cushions on outside furniture. •We are located near woodland and country living. There maybe times while sitting on the deck you’ll encounter mosquitoes and other insects. There also maybe times that insects like ants and/or lady bugs can enter the home due to the time of the year or weather. Our property is treated annually and we strive to keep our home free of unwanted pests. If at anytime during your stay you feel like this is an issue, your hosts will come and resolve the issue.
