It also includes a dining table that comfortably seats six, a two car garage with additional parking in the driveway, large TV in the den, coffee maker, cookware and dish ware, hairdryers in each bathroom, and fresh linens, towels and beach towels. The vast outside space is perfect for lounging and entertaining, with a comfortable four seater conversation set, outdoor grill, pool and infinity spa. Large sliding doors around the downstairs living area make the house feel even more expansive, blending indoor and outdoor living. We're located directly across the street from one of Hawaii's best beach parks, and world famous Lanikai Beach just a 15 minute walk away. Popular Buzz's Steakhouse is also just down the street, about a 5 minute walk away. Kailua Beach can get quite busy and parking get very limited on weekends and holidays, but being a gated community keeps our house in a quiet haven away from the hustle and bustle. There is a bus top across the street, but renting a car is strongly advised. Because we're located in a quiet residential community with neighbors nearby, we have a strict no events or parties policy. We also ask all guests to be mindful of noise at all times and respect quiet hours between 9PM - 9AM. Guests are also required to signed 30-day lease agreements
