"Il Girasole" one of 4 beautiful apartments in farmhouse set on 14 acres of olive grove, each with private shaded verandas perfect for dining .boasts a large infinity pool with its lovely gardens and fantastic views. sleeps 2 persons ( +2 children /small double bed on a gallery floor reached by a spiral staircase which is not suitable for small children). The space The farmhouse is situated on 14 acres of land so a private area to read and contemplate is easy,the pool and large panoramic terrace is in commune so if you wish to mix with other guests . the Property. It boasts a large infinity swimming pool with its lovely grounds, positioned so that the wonderful view of the surrounding The garden that surrounds our infinity pool is fenced in and has a gate that small children cannot open, can be enjoyed in the sunshine from early morning to sunset. The width and length is 7mt X 14mt The depth is 1,20mt and 1,50mt. The pool is unsupervised so we ask for all children to be accompanied by an adult. The pool is open from May until mid October. There is also a large communal terrace overlooking the mountains of Pratomagno. Guest access Girasole (Sunflower): This apartment is Ideal for a family of 2 adults +2 children under 12 years. Ground floor – Dining area with kitchen that leads onto the private shaded veranda . Master bedroom with queen size double bed and an ensuite shower room. First floor – Spiral staircase leading to a gallery with small double bedroom ( not suitable for small children). •Each Apartment has a TV, the apartments are furnished and fully equipped in order to assure a most comfortable stay. •All kitchens have marble-based work tops, fridge with small freezer and gas hob. Also provided are the dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery and kitchen utensils. •Each shower room is tastefully furnished with marble flooring, toilet, bidet and spacious showers. •All apartments have shaded private terraces, perfect for eating al-fresco. •A communal barbecue area is also located outside the house. They Slowly and carefully restored the house preserving the original character and charm, its renovation was completed in 2004, it was named after the numerous secular Mulberry trees on the property. “I Gelsi ” has retained its original atmosphere, but of course essential modern creature comforts have been added including wi-fi through out .
