Dining - Gather the whole crew and create lasting memories around the 8-foot farmhouse style table. It comfortably seats 10 - or 12 if everyone gets a little cozy. A cafe table sits adjacent and seats 2 more. The breakfast bar seats 4 for a quick meal or to watch the chef in action. Kitchen - Stocked for all your culinary adventures - full set of pots, pans and cooking utensils, baking dishes, Instant pot, air fryer, 5 qt crock pot, 10 cup rice cooker, 2 butane hot pot burners and more. Kids plates, cups and utensils available for the little ones. Coffee bar includes 12-cup Cuisinart coffeemaker as well as a Keurig (BYO pods). Main floor bath - Extra full bathroom located just off the kitchen with sink, toilet and bathtub - no fighting at busy times - everyone has their own bathroom, and then some! Patio - Fire up the Weber gas grill and prep some mouthwatering steaks/burgers/chops; or ponder life with a glass (or 3) of your favorite Cab as you gaze out on the magnificent views of the Sherwins off the 3rd floor deck. Master Bedroom - Outfitted with a premium king size Casper mattress. Bedside charging stations so no more fumbling behind the nightstands to plug in your phones/devices. Full ensuite bath with double sinks and bathtub. 50" flat screen TV with Roku for streaming. Bunk bed in sleeping nook sleeps 2 more. Greet the morning sun with a cup of coffee off your private deck with south-facing view of the Sherwins. A desk with chair sits by the window for productivity. Bedroom 2 - Queen over Queen bunk bed sleeps 4. Private workstation with a view. Full bathroom directly across the hall with bathtub. Bedroom 3 - Upstairs room with Queen memory foam mattress and twin/twin bunk bed - can sleep a family of 4 comfortably - or put all the kids in their own little fortress! Ensuite bath with shower, toilet and sink. Additional desk with chair. Kids - We have 2 of our own (the next Chloe Kim and Shaun White, obviously) and definitely appreciate when we don't have to schlep all the kids stuff along too. There's 4 sets of kids mealware: plates, cups, utensils. High chair, baby gates, pack-and-play, bed rails, toys and books are all available for the little ones. Desks with chairs are available in each bedroom. Parking/Garage - 2 reserved underground spaces. Extra parking is available at the Village Lot just down the street for a fee. Ski Locker - A large 3'x3'x8' locker is also located in the garage to organize your outdoor/ski/snowboard gear. Stools are provided for changing in/out of your boots. No need to lug your snow gear inside and clog up the living space - pickup and drop everything off as you walk to the gondola! Pool/Hot tub - The community indoor pool is heated year-round - one of the few in all of Mammoth! Soak your bones and rejuvenate your sore muscles in the 8 person hot tub. The pool and hot tub are shared by the complex. *Notes* *This unit has a spiral staircase that may not be ideal for the mobility-limited. There is a regular set of stairs as well an an elevator right outside the front door to go between the downstairs bedrooms and the main floor. The upstairs bedroom is only accessible via the spiral staircase *WiFi speed and connectivity may vary and are not guaranteed *The Village Gondola typically opens mid-December through Mid-April. A free shuttle at the Village is available to take you Main Lodge outside of those times *This unit does not have air conditioning. Attached to the Village, with shops, restaurants, and entertainment just a stone's throw away. Walk to the Village without even crossing the street! 1 min walk to the gondola for easy ski access. 2 reserved underground parking spaces so you can park and never move your car. All town and mountain shuttles stop at the Village. In the summer there is a shuttle bus with bike racks that stops right outside and takes you and your bikes up to Horseshoe Lake, where you can ride the Lakes Basin paved trail 5.5 miles downhill straight back to the condo! In the winter, the Village Gondola is 100 yards away and takes you straight up to the slopes at Canyon Lodge. No need to spend time digging out your car, loading and unloading your gear, hunting down a parking spot, just to have to walk some more! (Gondola open Mid-Dec to April)
