This condo is in the front line of condos with an unobstructed view to the ocean. We have owned our condo since 2004 and each year we visit and update anything needed in our condo. The island of Molokai is a special island with the old Hawaiian flare. There are no stop lights, no tall buildings, no cruise ships. It is the true word of Hawaii. Molokai is the "Friendly Isle" and this is true to it's name. We own two condos so you can include family. Upstairs unit with 20' vaulted ceiling. Our condo is perfect for the honeymooner or vacationer We call it the "Honeymoon Suite", as it does not get any better than this location. Directly within 100 feet of the ocean. You can watch the whales from your lanai. The whole space is open for your enjoyment. We have a new microwave/convection oven. Cook top for cooking with a mirror backsplash to watch the ocean as you are in your kitchen cooking. Welcome to the heavenly island of Molokai where the sunsets are the most beautiful you will ever see. Where you can walk on beaches and see only your footprints in the sand. Where there are no traffic lights and the people are the most friendly people you will ever meet. This is truly a island of heavenly paradise. Check it out on Google Earth and see we are the only condo complex within 100 feet of the waterfront on the west side of the island. Our condo is taken care of by long time residents on Molokai and we are proud to have them as our representatives. They work hard to make sure your accommodations are very well met and all your needs are taken care of. Eat your breakfast, lunch, dinner and sip your island cocktail on your private lanai, which overlooks paradise. In the winter months you can watch the whales as you sit and enjoy your breakfast, lunch dinner. Next to you is a three mile white sand beach Papohaku Beach. To the right of you are more secluded deep water beaches for you to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. If you do not want to dip in the ocean we have a beautiful ocean view pool which you can view the ocean as you sit on your pool side. Relax and enjoy the peace and serenity. See what it is like to be at a Hawaiian Island, which still has the traditional flare of old Hawaii. An island that is not commercialized with an abundance of buildings and traffic lights and people. Where you can actually enjoy the seclusion, solitude and beauty. Explore the island and find out it's uniqueness and what it has to offer. This is individual. There are few Condos right on the oceanfront which experience the view and tranquility of the water splashing up on the sand. The beautiful point of Kaiaka Rock between Kepuhi Beach and Papohaku Beach. Watching the humpback whales in the winter months. Watching the big swell waves in the winter months and the calm waves in the summer. You can just sit on the lanai and be hypnotized with the view. As you wake, from your bed, see the reflection of the beautiful sunrise on the ocean and go to sleep with the reflection of the moon shining down on the ocean in the evening. If you dare take yourself away, there are plenty of activities awaiting you. Drive to the east side and see the beautiful waterfalls at Halawa Valley. You can find plenty to do, which suites your own interests. Hike to the lookout at Kalaupapa and see the view of the Kalaupapa Peninsula.Come enjoy what this beautiful heavenly island of Molokai has to offer. Molokai Ranch closed their golf course, but there is an alternative. This is Ironwood Golf Course. We have two condos on Molokai both on the oceanfront and both upstairs units which would accommodate friends or family traveling with you. We are proud to share our blessing with the spirit of aloha with others. We have a sleep by number bed so you can adjust the mattress to your preference. We have multiple return guests to our condo. You have access to our oceanside pool, all the surrounding beaches, We have a small store on the premises for some snacks, drinks, some clothing, food items. You will want to do your shopping in town Kaunakakai at the Friendly Market, or Kualapuu grocery store, Misaki's downtown or the grocery in Maunoloa. Kuma Farms is a local farm with fresh fruits and garden type items. Lettuce, they are known for their pesto, mangos, papayas and many other garden items. The Co Op has local Molokai beef. Your choice of cut. It is delicious. I provide my guests with all the information necessary for a perfect vacation. Just provide me with your email address and I will give you much needed information to enjoy the island. This resort is directly on the oceanfront. Others use our beach for their photos but we are within 100 feet of the oceanfront. We have multiple deep sand beaches within walking distance for you to enjoy. Winter months the surf can be unsafe out in front of our condos but Dixie Maru is a short distance away and is a very protected cove for snorkeling and swimming. Often times you will see a monk seal laying in the sand. You can also often times see turtles swimming along the rock edges. You will want to rent a car for your stay. There is a shuttle service, but if you want to get around on your own you will want to rent a car. I provide you with options. The washer dryer is directly out your door... you will need to bring your quarters but it is steps away to do your laundry. We have shared BBQs on the premises for all guests to use. We have long distance phone service for our guests.
