large family home with all mod-cons.

This is my family home, i am happy to rent it to professionals. and respectable families. The house would sleep 6 people easily. We have a gym in the garden, 6 person hot tub, gazebo (heated), seating for lounging and dinner if you wish to eat outside. we also have an arcade machine and cinema projector with electric 2 meter screen with surround sound. The space almost brand a new house. only 6 years old. Never listed on airbnb before. would suit family or a professional that travels for work or pleasure. a very large space for comfortable living. The house is very modern, all the mod cons etc. massive ktichen/breakfast bar. nice garden, gym which i have put in the garden shed (shed slightly bigger than average. punch bag, running machine, chest press, free weights) and if your feeling tired after, use the hot tub. :) We also have a arcade machine (kids will love) with 3000 games. great for keeping them entertained if travelling with kids. We also have a cinema room at the front with 2 meter projector screen and surround sound system - just like being at the movies Guest access guest can access all areas of the house. and are to treat every part of it as there own. Other things to note The house is situated on the outskirts of london about 10 mins drive to nearest central train station - bromley south - which will take you into london on fast journey in 15 mins (striaght to victoria station) If on the other hand you are looking for peace and quite and want to see KENT - named the "garden of england" your on its door step. Within 15 mins drive we have an english castle where henry 8th lived. If you are wanting to join the main motor way to travel up and down the UK you have the M25 within 10 mins drive also.
