Our House is located in a private condominium with tennis and swimming pool. It is a fully equipped individual house with 100m² secured and cosy garden. The house is perfectely located in the centre of the island with easy access to all major places and bike paths. The sea at "la Plage des Prises" is 300m away from the house, at 3mn walking distance. The house was renovated in 2025 and is 100% ready and welcoming. The space Our house is a perfect location for a 2 or 3 kids family. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is a bright and comfortable room that directly leads to a nice a spacious outdoor terrace and a 100m² garden. On the first floor you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms each of them with a cupboard. 2 rooms are equiped with working desks, ideal for remote workers. free Wifi (fiber) available in the house all year long. Right by the bedrooms you will find 2 bathrooms, including one with a bathtub for kids. The other bathrom is equiped with a shower. Each floor has a separate wc. The environnment is secured for kids (the residence is secured by a guard 24h/24h) and includes a nice green garden, a swimming pool and 2 tennis courts (totally free). All these equipements are strictly for the use of residence guests. Secured garage included in the residence (not for huge SUV) or outside parking available. We provide 2 deckchairs, 1bbq, a table garden with 6 chairs. You will also find 2 ping-pong tables in the residence, right by the swimming pool. Swimming pool open from June until september. Guest access The entire house is accessible except for a storage room reserved for our personal belongings. Other things to note Groceries: In La Couarde, you will find a Carrefour Market and all the necessary shops for everyday needs, as well as a well-known market, particularly popular for its fishmonger.
