Our 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom home sleeps 12 guests in beds. The upstairs floor has Air conditioning, 3 bed, 3 bath, living / dining room, full kitchen and wrap around lanai. Downstairs floor has Air conditioning, 3 bed, 4 bath, family room w/kitchenette, screen porch and private pool. Come relax here and enjoy the panoramic ocean & mountain views! This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more. Guests are not required to stay 30 days. Each of the 6 bedrooms is an en suite with private bathroom. The seventh bathroom is located off of the downstairs family room. We provide 2 bath towels in each bedroom ensuite bathroom, plus a few extra in an upstairs linen closet. The 7th bathroom is not attached to a bedroom so we usually only put a hand towel in there. There are 12 additional pool towels in a different "fun" closet downstairs near the pool. Each of the bedrooms has an extra set of sheets in the closet. A washer and dryer are located on the downstairs level. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, plus dishwashing detergent, dish soap, dish sponge and one roll of paper towels provided. Each of the 7 bathrooms has 2 rolls of toilet paper (14 total) so buying extra is recommended. There is also hand soap in each of the 7 bathrooms. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner or cleaning sponge in the showers. Guests have access to the entire home, pool and yard. Guest check themselves in and out to the property. Keys are located at the home in a lock box. A local manager is available for any issues during your stay. Makaha is located on the Leeward side of Oahu, 45 minutes from the airport. This is a family neighborhood where beaches are beautiful and uncrowded. There are two small grocery stores within 5 minutes of the house. Ko Olina resort (JW Marriot, Aulani Disney Hotel, Ko Olina Golf Club) is 15 minutes south of the house. Cars are the recommended mode of transportation on this side of the island. "The Bus" stop is located 4 blocks away Wi-Fi internet throughout the home Five bedrooms have HD TVs with cable. Sixth bedroom has HD TV with HDMI cable for use with your own laptop.
