The space Coastal Retreat on Bay Oaks, is one of the most unique vacation homes in POC. We are four blocks from Froggie's Bait and the public boat ramp. Only minutes from Speedy Stop grocery store and fuel, and 5 min from Front Beach. We have a large outdoor entertainment/kitchen area, a beautiful fenced pool and parking for boats and vehicles. Also, every room has a lock to ensure your privacy. The ground floor "Buddy's Quarters" has one bedroom with a queen and a bunk room with two bunks, and a full bath in between. Each room on the ground floor has its own entry door. Guest access The main floor is on the second level. It consist of 2 porches- one with beautiful patio furniture to watch the sunrise. Main floor has a normal size kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and banquet table for family dinners. The Party Room consists of a 22-ft. shuffleboard table, a ping pong table, dining table, card table, couch, recliner, two fridges and a freezer, gas range/stove, outdoor kitchen with gas grill and charcoal/wood grill. Pool area with chase lounges and tanning area.
