Welcome to your little piece of paradise! On a beautiful white sandy beach. Great for swimming, snorkeling, fishing & kayaking! Sea turtles & tropical fish are right out front! Punaluu is on the Windward side of Oahu away from all the crowds of town yet close to lots of amazing things to do! Polynesian Cultural Center, North Shore beaches & big wave surfing! There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 beds for you & your guests. Washer/dryer in the unit & a private lanai! VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!! This is an older building on the beach & there is construction & renovations going on at this property right now during normal business hours on the weekdays so it can get VERY noisy during these times!! The pool has limited hours or may be closed right now, but the ocean is better to swim in anyways! You will want to be out and about enjoying the beach and the island during construction hours :) We have discounted the nightly rate significantly to reflect this. If you are looking for "Luxury accommodations" this is not it :) This is not a fancy hotel or resort, just a simple beachfront condo & for the price it's a real value! This condo is on the 4th floor of Pat's at Punaluu. This is a one bedroom unit but the spot where the bed is, is more of a nook as you can see by the pictures. So, if you require a larger bedroom with a door, please look at some other properties here in the building for those bigger ones. There is cable TV & WIFI. Kitchen has everything you need with a full fridge, stove & oven, microwave, dishes and utensils to coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, etc.! There is beach equipment for you to use too! There are starter supplies of TP, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap & laundry detergent. Free parking at the building and a rental car is highly recommended but there is a bus stop right at the road that will take you all around the island! There is no public access to this beach from this property so it's like having your own private beach away from all the crowds! We are always available to you for any questions or concerns. On site management to be there if you need us! There are terrific food trucks right down the road in walking distance to grab lunch or dinner and bring right back to eat at the picnic tables at your beach! There is also a local convenience store (Kaya's) that sells plate lunch and has all the essentials if you don't want to make a trip up to the larger grocery stores ( about 5 minute drive North is Tamura's Grocery Store & Long's Drug Store) Kualoa Ranch is about 15 minutes South for all your activities including horseback riding in the incredible mountains, ziplining, ocean & movie tours, ATV & bike tours & more! Best to have a rental car to get around and this condo comes with one free parking space right on site! There is bus transportation right out front going in both directions and bus comes about every 40 minutes. Remember this is the tropics! This property is located in the "Country" part of Oahu, so you will see chickens & geckos, insects & other little creatures too as this is just normal for this climate and the islands! Please do not leave any unopened food laying around in your unit, sugar in the cupboards etc. We have pest spray done frequently but you may see unwanted bugs from the spraying, just to be aware and know this is just a normal way of living here :) Additional amenities: *Tables and lounge chairs by the pool and on the 2 acres of grassy lawn and beach for guests and residents to enjoy * Outdoor BBQ area at the north end of the private beach * A pool right on the lawn, next to the beach so you can swim in the calm and safe(r) water while still enjoying the sound and smell of the ocean. *Ocean facing gym with additional bathroom upstairs. * 24/7 Building security A few things to bear in mind: * The building HOA does not allow pets, sorry! *There is no smoking inside the unit or anywhere inside the condo building but there are smoking sections on the property ** Maximum Occupancy: 4 People including adults and children * Check in is at 4PM, Check out is at 10AM
