I have an adorable two bedroom one and a half bath. It's a very relaxing, comfortable space at 1400 ft elevation. Perfect place for take off to hiking/snorkeling. Come and enjoy the cool breezes and beauty of this 5 acre coffee farm. From the deck you can see beautiful Hawaiian sunsets nightly, and ocean views during the day. You have Kona coffee trees along with local avocado/apple banana and mango trees a plenty. Nice tropical breezes flow through the entire apartment. Full kitchen etc.. If your looking for Old Hawaii...undisturbed natural beauty.....Oceanview’s everywhere....Look no further. This unit sits on a 5 acre coffee farm.. From the Covered deck you can see beautiful Hawaiian sunsets nightly, ocean views during the day or a morning cup coffee.. You have Kona coffee trees along with local avocado/apple banana, citrus and mango trees on property to see. Nice tropical breezes flow through the entire apartment. The larger bedroom is a comfortable size, with a comfy bed and natural light, beautiful hand painted/stenciled floor that you can walk right out of the bedroom onto the deck. The second bedroom is supplied with everything you need for a peaceful night sleep. Lovely ocean views from the window. Both beds are new and comfortable. You have a kitchen to putter in if you feel like cooking. French press is available along with coffee pot and kettle.. There are delicious local food restaurants nearby. Tv for streaming provided. Theres a comfortable sofa to sit on, or take a nap. There is a beautiful modern bathroom completed with a new floor, sink and toilet, fresh paint to boot that comes with this unit as you can see in the pictures. It is detached from the unit and is located across the yard a few steps. There is half bath in the breezeway with a sink and chemical toilet for your convenience...This is for those who don't want to get their toes wet from one of our beautiful tropical rains by walking across the yard. We of corse promote the midnight view of the magnificent sky's stars. This unit, on this coffee farm used to be a Hoshidana which is where storage of coffee beans and essentials were stored. The roof is on rollers to accommodate drying coffee beans during the day. However; that function for this roof not utilized for some time. You would never believe that twenty some years ago this unit was only a dirt floor !!! As you see the floor is no longer dirt as it had been in the old days. Also the roof is no longer used for drying coffee. This unit is a very fresh, unique tropical comfortable space. All linens are lined dry by our warm tropical breezes. Full disclosure: this is a seasonal working coffee farm, during the season there are coffee pickers on the farm. We have the occasional feral rooster stragglers (if baxter doesn't chase them away) who don't care what time of day or night they talk. We also have coqui frogs on the property, they always have an opinion, especially during rainy season. During dry season they lay dormant and pretty speechless. Come and enjoy a slice of Old Hawaii in Hawaii at Beanies Hale.... The road into my property is an agricultural one lane road. Gravel and dirt for the most part. I highly recommend no low rider rental cars. Be sure there is a decent clearance. During rainy season, the road, depending on the rain can get muddy so you need this clearance to pass. its rare, but can happen. Beanies Hale is tucked into a beautiful piece of paradise unique to the big island off the beaten path. There are many historical places to visit close by. To name a few. KEALAKEKUA BAY CAPTAIN COOK MONUMENT MANINI BEACH CITY OF REFUGE PAINTED CHURCH HOOKENA BEACH PARK SNORKEL WITH MANTAS You can snorkel at most of these places. These are just a few spots. We provide literature in the home for great snorkeling and hiking. Also many delicious food spots to grind during your stay from vegan, local foods, fresh fish plates, sashimi and sushi. COME, and experience this yourself. We'd love to share this unique experience and property with you, if your game..Were here!!! Aloha The whole house is private for guests only. Front lawn where you park. Yard that crosses to bath house, (bathroom). Seasonal fruit trees. Friendly neighbors, who love to be asked questions about Hawaii. whether its myself or the neighbors, theres usually always access to information for a better trip. Friendly, coffee farm neighborhood. Road into property is an agriculture unpaved Road. Pitted and potted. Your car must have a decent clearance for your comfort driving on it. You do not need a four wheel drive. No sports car... Renting a car is your best bet. However Uber and Lyft are here on the island. This is a pet friendly property. However, You need permission from host, first prior to making a reservation. I will need information about flea control, what type of dog, and under no circumstance shall dog be left in home alone. Pet leashed on property at all times. Guest to be responsible for clean up after him. Pet must be potty trained and not allowed to sleep on bed. These are non negotiable rules for your pet to join you. There is some snorkel gear for guests to use, a boogie board. some water shoes. One Beach towel per guest provided during stay. Am coffee provided as well. All amenities to get you started on your vacation are provided. All linens and beach towels are provided. Fresh seasonal fruit as available will be shared with my guests. Non smoking property. No cigarettes, e- cigarettes, vaping. Will be enforced.
