Aloha This is a permitted long term, 6 month minimum rental. This studio will be available starting December 1, 2021. The space is a Beautiful, relatively new construction large upstairs studio with your own private entrance and gated in, protected front door area. There are lots of windows that provide great airflow and views. It is located just one mile from Kailua beach and Kailua town. The studio is over 600square feet with a large full kitchen and full bathroom. The studio is bright, open, and freshly decorated. Lots of windows provide a nice, cool, trade wind breeze from the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, cooktop, microwave, drip coffee machine, toaster, rice cooker, and dishwasher. We provide 2 beach chairs, beach towels, and 2 beach cruiser bikes at no additional cost. We live in the main house from the studio so we are here to help with any questions or needs you may have. We are just a text message or a phone call away. Kailua has many great local cafes and boutiques to enjoy! Along with some of the more well known stores such as Whole Foods, Starbucks, and Target . Kailua beach is amazing for all kinds of water activities. Such as snorkeling, surfing, windsurfing and kiteboarding, stand up paddling, kayaking, swimming and beach walking. There's the famous and beautiful Lanikai beach where the waters are calm year round for some great swimming and snorkeling. We also have some great hikes not too far from the studio. One amazing and popular hike called the Lanikai pillbox hike is walking distance. The best way to see the island is by car, however, there is a public bus stop just a short walk from the studio. We live about a 5 minute drive to the beach and downtown kailua for all your shopping needs. It's about a 10 minute bike ride to anywhere in Kailua. It's a great place to get around on bike. Included with the studio are 2 beach cruiser bikes with locks. We're about 30 minutes from the airport and Honolulu/Waikiki. And about an hour drive to the north shore.
