The ground level of the home features an open kitchen, dining, and living area, all showered with light coming in from the east. The kitchen is fully furnished and looks out over the living room. There is a breakfast bar with seating for 3, and a dining table with seating for 4. The living area has a sofa and swivel chairs that allow you to watch TV while enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach just outside. The living room is cozy with seating for 4. There is free Wi-Fi provided by Comcast. The bedroom on the first floor has two twin beds, and there is a full bathroom next to it. Take the classic spiral staircase up to the 2nd floor loft and you'll find a queen bed. The Dune House is right on the beach. It is part of a complex called The Captain's Fleet. In addition to The Dune House, there is a triplex that has an two 2-bedroom unit downstairs, and a 1 bedroom unit upstairs. Each unit sleeps 4 people. If available, you can rent more than one unit at a time. There is assigned parking for each unit. We have a gas grill and shared laundry facilities as well. There is a private beach access for the residents of The Captain's Fleet. The location of The Captain's Fleet is excellent. The beach access is very close and we are less than a mile away from the Vilano Town Center, where you will find a Publix grocery store, liquor store, dry cleaners, and several restaurants. The Vilano Pier is in this area as well, and is open to the public for fishing or just enjoying the sunsets. Historic St. Augustine is just minutes away.
