This is place is built back of the house and it is a small house. The owner lives in the front. The place is private and has separate main entrance door. The place is small but cozy that has bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen in one place. Guest uses seperate door to the place. You can call or text. The place is quiet and private and it is on the dead end street. People are expected to be quiet and respect thier surroundings. There will be bus stop at 2 min. walking. You also can commute with bike. The area and the neighbors are super quiet. So the quest need to be quiet after 9 p.m.
