The central living area comes with a 75" smart TV, surround sound system, and Blu-ray player, perfect for outsmarting those unexpected rainy days or escaping the mid-day heat. Smart features: Bedrooms and living room have Phillips Hue lights. Control of lights is activated with Alexa or a remote in the living room. (Color Phillips Hue lights available in living, jr. master, and 3rd bedroom.) Lights automatically turn on before dusk, so no fumbling for light switches after a long day exploring Kauai. Private pool: Perfect for swimming/sunbathing or lounging on the lanai with a cup of iced tea in the afternoon. The pool is 4ft in shallows and 6ft in the deep end. An underwater bench runs the length of the pool for a spot to sit and cool off. Don’t worry about getting or bringing all your beach gear…we’ve got you covered with paddleboards, surfboards, boogie boards, chairs, snorkels, etc. The kitchen has everything you need from a rice cooker, instant pot, KitchenAid mixer, Vitamix Blender, citrus juicer, spices, etc... Since this is not a secondary vacation home, the kitchen is better equipped than a typical full-time vacation home. Master Bedroom: California king-size bed. Junior Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed. Drive 10 minutes to other North Shore Beaches. Parking in driveway can fit up to 4 cars. Hanalei town and beaches are just down the hill, about a 7 minute car ride (at 30mph)
