This town house along with the community is great for the whole family. Basketball court, field, community pool and park all within walking distance. Close to Ko'Olina lagoons, Disney beach resort , Paradise Cove luau, the mall, various restaurants & shopping centers . It's a home away from home. It's great for couples and families It's 1537 sq ft house. 3 bed rooms 2.5 bathrooms and 2 car garage. Kids room has two twin beds, guest room has a queen size bed and the master bedroom has a queen size bed with mini sectional sofa. Garage door opener will be in the house. Vacation-rental is equipped with the modern keyless security system. Can open both doors and garage door with my phone. There is also a passcode you will receive that lets you open all doors and turn on/off the alarm. I touch base with guests a day or 2 prior to coming. The neighborhood is brand new. Very nice and quiet. The neighbors are very friendly. We have a community pool, basketball court and a kids playground in the area.
