My place is close to the beach, great views, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of you are close to all the great surf spots on Oahu's legendary North Shore, have the high ceilings, the location, the ambiance, the views. My place is good for business travelers, groups of friends, but NOT for PARTIES. Distances to the surf beaches: Waimea Bay (2.5mi), Pipeline (3mi), Gas Chambers (3.3mi) ;-) Save more!!! Weekly and Monthly discounts will automatically be applied. Due to some very negative experience we like to emphasize our NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS, NO PARTIES or EVENTS rules. If you want to party please rent a different property!!!! We reserve the right to charge penalties for violations of at least $1000. Free-standing house with three bedroom, one bathroom, gourmet kitchen (incl. dishwasher) and combined living/dining area and a awesome wrap around deck. Partially covered patio; located on a lush one acre plus property with many fruit and avocado trees. There are permanent tenants on the property in a one-bedroom apartment w/ separate entrance. No shared space :-) There is an outside shower and a hose next to the stairs so you can wash off sandy feet - please use it. PLEASE NOTE: In compliance with the recent changes in law enacted by HAWAII -- we can ONLY offer 30+ day rentals. Since it may still be much nicer then staying at a hotel -- consider renting our lovely house for 30+ days. Daily prices are listed ONLY for reference for day 31 forward !!! Please note the yard is shared and the fruit trees can be harvested on a first come first serve basis. Ample dedicated parking on the property, private entrance. There is a gate for added security. While we may not be on the island -- we are just a phone call away (we speak English and German). Our cleaning and support crew lives just a couple of minutes away, they speak English -- if you like to arrange for extra cleanings you can let us know or contact them directly when on site. We have other people living on the property -- you have your own (NOT SHARED) entrance and bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and patio. Please do let us know if you need the air mattress setup ahead of time -- so the cleaning crew can take care of it. Close to all the great surf beaches on the famous Oahu North Shore, yet way more quiet than properties directly off Kamehameha Hwy. Up on the hill where you can enjoy cool breezes, paired with great ocean and mountain views. Close to Foodland so you can simply grab the great Poke on your way to or from the beach. Our neighbors have a dog. There is a bus stop right at Foodland, however a car makes getting around much more convenient. The direct bus to and from the airport is only a couple of dollars. There are nice hiking trails and you can even rent bikes if you like. The famous food trucks are at the bottom of the hill. Distances to the surf beaches: Waimea Bay (2.5mi), Rocky Point (3.6mi), Sunset Beach (3.9mi), Pipeline (3mi), Gas Chambers (3.3mi), get ready to surf Pupukea is considered "Country" so expect to encounter Geckos, Chicken and other critters. And we strongly recommend supervising your children as we did not child proof the property. On Tuesdays the Poke Specials at Foodland are an awesome deal. We are registered and have the respective transient tax id, let us know if you need a copy of the certificate. This is completely legal. Please no unannounced guests. It is a vast property (1.1 acre) and it is important that you watch your kids and use general caution and good common sense — Hawaii is tropical and there is giant bamboo and other tropical growth. We try to have the inside of the house be nice and welcoming - sometimes the Geckos go a little crazy and some Gecko dirt etc especially underneath and behind furniture is almost unavoidable — so if you are looking for "a steril Hostipal Operation Room" — we can't help as we are not willing to kill the Geckos. The neighbors may have a dog or cat. Local law requires posting the Trans Tx ID TA-049-543 7824-01
