I do not live locally, so I will not usually be around. However, I am still always available by phone or email and have a maintenance crew that can help out when needed. 5 min walk to see the ocean for a beautiful sunset. 10 min walk to snorkling beach right in front of the Beach House restaurant. 3 min walk to shopping/restaurants/bars. Gas grill and picnic area near the pool that is great for group meals and swimming. Walking is sufficient for this area, but a car can be nice for exploring the island, going up to Waimea canyon or the north shore, etc. We will leave a key for you in a lockbox right by the door to the condo. Inside, there will be a keychain for you to use during your stay. Please place the key back in the lockbox. The key chain has a key to the door and a key to the pool gate.
