Very light rooftop in the heart of Cadiz old town, with two private terraces at your disposal and a fully-equipped kitchen. Please note: the flat is on the 3rd floor without a lift (the steps are a little hard). The space It’s a very light place, with two private terraces at your disposal, a cool and shaded one, and another one on the airy rooftop. There’s a quiet bedroom with a double-bed, a living-room with a sofa to chill-out; a kitchen which is fully-equipped and a bathroom. Since I live here part of the year, the apartment is very functional and the equipment is fit for everyday life! The apartment is the perfect place to stay for a couple (or a single person) as there’s a double bed. The sofa may serve as an extra bed, but you should know it’s a bit long in the tooth now. The apartment is equipped with air-condition, a parasol and awnings to shade the terrace, electric heaters in the rooms to warm you up in winter and to make your stay comfortable no matter what the season is. You’ll also find towels, soap and shampoo free for use. Let me draw to your attention that the apartment is located on the third floor, without elevator, and that there is no television. I’ve left some personal belongings there (books, chess game…), feel free to use them, as long as you take good care of them! Guest access You’ll have free access to all rooms and terraces. The equipment available is ready for use (hammock, induction plates, micro-wave oven, oven, kettle, coffee-machine, fridge, saucepans and tableware, washing-machine…). If you wash your clothes, you can hang and dry them on the collective terrace next door. Other things to note Thanks for doing the washing up before leaving if you cook at home! In case you stay more than a couple of days, I’d be very grateful if you could water the plants on the terrace from time to time!
