Beachfront trade-winds are beautiful along with cool ocean breezes but this a tropical island and averages 80 degrees year round. The spacious second story has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large fully equipped open air kitchen, island bar, dining room area, and comfortable living room with floor to ceiling glass doors that open up to a large deck furnished with outdoor patio furniture, gas barbecue, snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, and telescope. Two of the upper level bedrooms have king size beds, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has twin beds. All the bedrooms have ocean and mountain views, furnished with dressers, TVs, clean linens and closet space. Walk outside your door onto a beautiful clean soft sandy beach, and stroll along the shoreline exploring the tidepools, go snorkeling in the colorful reefs with the family, or just relax and take in the amazing orange and purple sunsets on this west facing side of the island. The town of Makaha consists of many locals and natives, and attracts surfers from around the world during winter competitions just north of our property. Since there is no public parking near the home, the beach rarely attracts beach goers, therefore its very peaceful, quiet and never crowded. Everything you need is on the premises, including washer and dryer. My host is available 24/7 and I am always available to provide you with any special requests, i.e. extra towels, shuttles, excursions.
