A stunning newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath condo minutes away from Waikiki Beach. Incredible 35th floor views of lush mountains and a side view of the ocean from your private lanai, as well as FREE WIFI, A/C and PARKING. New cabinets and furniture, 45 inch flat screen TV, full size fridge and standard range with oven. New kitchenware (entirely new silverware, silicone cooking utensils, frying pans, baking trays, oven mitts, and much more) as well as upgraded toiletries added July 2023. This is a newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. It features a new porcelain tile floor, new designer cabinets and furniture with a 45 inch flat screen TV. There are two firm queen size beds, a fold out futon couch, and a full size bed. There is full size refrigerator and standard range with oven and recently renewed settings for six guests. In addition the condo features A/C, FREE WIFI, and FREE PARKING for one vehicle (up to a height of 6 feet). This is a beautiful condo in a perfect location in Waikiki. The 35th floor location has fabulous views and enjoys the mountain breezes and peace and quiet, far above the restless city traffic of Waikiki. The lobby is always open along with 24 hour security. The Waikiki Banyan is located one block from the legendary Waikiki Beach. Within walking distance are a wide variety of restaurants, from snacks to the finest dining, and the famous shopping districts of Waikiki. Many local landmarks are a short walk away - Honolulu Zoo, Kapiolani Park, Waikiki Aquarium, Kuhio Beach among them. Or take the Diamond Head trail for spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean from 500 feet elevation. Waikiki is a great base for all the activities available on Oahu, from luaus to dinner cruises to the Saturday morning Farmers Market at Diamond Head. Public transportation is available right outside the building. The Waikiki Banyan offers guests a great recreation deck on the 6th floor that features a swimming pool, hot tub, numerous barbecue areas, children's play ground, tennis court, two snack bars and convenience store. You also have use of coin-operated laundry facilities which are located on each floor. Trash chutes are located on each floor Guests have access to the entire property. ORP Waikiki is based in Waikiki and available to assist you in any way we can. Feel free to call upon us for travel and dining recommendations. The neighborhood is within walking distance to the beach, shopping and dining in the center of Waikiki. Kapiolani Park features the Honolulu Zoo, Honolulu Aquarium and Diamond Head. This neighborhood is safe and Emergency Services are readily available including fire, ambulance and police. Your unit comes with a complimentary parking stall anywhere on the first three floors of the Waikiki Banyan. Taxi and Uber is usually just a few minutes away. The Bus stop is on the corner right outside the building. Please note that we are only allowed to have 4 adults total, but we also can have additional guests under the age of 18. The Waikiki Banyan parking height restriction is 6 feet 2 inches. However, cars that are over 6 feet in height, such as Chevy Suburban, Chevy Tahoe (most large SUV) cannot be parked on the 2nd floor or above. Since the ground floor parking spaces for large cars are very limited, we strongly suggest to rent cars that are 6 feet or under. We cannot be responsible if you have cars that are over 6 feet in height, and all ground floor parking is taken. Thank you very much for your understanding.
