The design makes the most of the spaciousness of the room, making for a very comfortable stay. There are two bedrooms, making it ideal for groups. We have 5 rental folding bicycles for you to use. We also have in-house Wi-Fi and portable Wi-Fi at your disposal. The space RESISTAY is an accommodation facility where you can stay like you live. ※Our house is registered as a licensed hotel and has passed the rigorous safety tests of the City of Kyoto fire department. ・ There is portable Wi-Fi that you can use for free during your stay. ・ We have a kitchen, cooking utensils and tableware. ・ There is a TV and laundry, and everything you need for daily life is in the room. ・ Towels as well as shampoos, conditioners, body soaps and toothbrushes are available. ※Towels (bath towels and face towels) are provided for the maximum number of guests. If you wish to add more towels, there is a charge (300 yen: 1 bath towel and 1 face towel). ・ There is a safe in the room to store valuables safely. ・ As a welcome, we also have mineral water / coffee / tea / green tea. ・ In addition to traffic guidance and consultations for your needs, staff living in Kyoto will provide you with recommended recommendations that you cannot find in guidebooks or magazines. ★Rental Service for Crib★ We offer the following rental items for 12,000 JPY (for 9 nights and 10 days)♪ ・crib (W1245×D750×H890mm) ・duvet and sleeping mat ・mattress Please contact us in advance if you would like to rent them, as the number is limited. We are sorry but this service is not available if your check-in or check-out day is on Wednesday or Sunday. We appreciate your understanding. Guest access You can use all facilities in my room. We do not respond to messages between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. If you need to contact us urgently during this time, please call the phone number provided at check-in. A telephone is available on the premises for your use. 2. Some furniture, fixtures, and wallpaper may show signs of wear such as discoloration, scratches, or stains due to regular use. We are going to send the information on the check-in process after you book. If you are making a reservation for 4 rooms or more within the same travel group, a different cancellation policy will apply. (1) Reception counter in front of Kyoto Station (About 5 minutes’ walk from Central Gate of JR Kyoto station) Address: ON Building 5F, 544-2, Higashishiokoji-cho, Shimogyo-ku Kyoto-shi, Kyoto, 600-8216, Japan Business hours: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Luggage must be picked up by 8:00 p.m. (2) Storage space at accommodations Time limit: No time limit Please use whichever is most convenient for you. 【Kyoto City Accommodation Tax】 In accordance with the ordinance of Kyoto City, an accommodation tax is levied. The accommodation tax is generally included in the booking rate; however, if additional payment is required, we will contact you after your reservation. Please note that the tax rates will be revised for stays from March 1, 2026. Guests with reservations on or after this date who are subject to additional charges will be contacted individually. 【Shuttle Bus】 Free shuttle bus service is available only for one-way from the reception counter in front of Kyoto Station to the each accommodation facilities. Please inquire at the reception counter for details.　 If you wish to shorten your stay after making a reservation, our refund policy is as follows: If the date(s) you wish to cancel are 7 or more days from the date you contact us, a refund will be issued for the cancelled nights.
