Our one bedroom groundfloor condo. is located in the Maui Vista complex ,bldng. 1 , about a 3 minute walk from Charlie Young beach , also walking distance from restaurants, groceries, shopping and Cove Park surfing area. HAWAII STATE TAXES OF 17.96% INCLUDED RATES. Our ground floor unit has a large lanai which is great for meals and drinks. The pool is also just steps away from the lanai whilst on the other side of the condo are tennis courts and barbecues. Beach umbrella, chairs and towels as well as pool towels are available for guests. Free phone calls to the USA / Canada and wifi are included. The Maui Vista has 3 buildings with 6 tennis courts, 3 pools and 3 barbecue areas for guests. There is ample off road parking adjacent to each of the buildings. We live in Canada and enjoy traveling but we're always available by e-mail. Also our on island contact lives in the Maui Vista. South Kihei has some of the best beaches on Maui and also a very popular surfing , SUP area at Cove Park. Great for walking/running , ocean swimming , or just enjoying the amazing sunsets with a glass of wine and watching the occasional turtle swimming by (or humpback whales from Dec - April). Short walk to some good restaurants, cafes and bars - try a walk along the beach for a happy hour drink around sunset. Most visitors to Maui have a rental car but if you don't there's a public bus which stops just outside the Maui Vista which travels to other towns on the island. Rental bikes, surfboards and sup's are available for rent within a short walk. Our rates include Hawaii state taxes of 17.42%
