The second master has a queen bed and views to the mountains. There is also a den with a queen sleeper sofa and a pack and play and other infant items for little ones.  The living room and dining room open up to a covered wraparound lanai with grill. The large round dining room table will comfortably accommodate 6 people indoors and there is also table and chairs on the outside. The lanai features lounge chairs and overlooks the 4th green on the world famous Hapuna Beach Golf course (one of the best in Hawaii). The glass railings ensure you have the largest ocean and golf views possible.  The living room features a large UltraHD TV.  Majestic Ocean Villa is in one of the closest buildings to the Kumulani gated community recreation center and pool. This recreation center has a pool and grills to enjoy and views out to the ocean.  As a Guest in this home, you have the option of registering for the Mauna Kea Club Amenity program for $120/day, per group (not per person) providing you with  the opportunity to enjoy exclusive benefits at both the Mauna Kea and Hapuna Beach Hotels. (Advance registration through Paradise In Hawaii and the Hotel required).  The benefits include charging privileges at both hotels, use of the hotel beaches and pools, towel usage, lounge chairs, umbrellas, reduced golf rates, tennis (court fees apply), use of two fitness centers, and guaranteed parking at each hotel. Almost every guest takes this option as this is a prime reason guests want to stay in the luxurious Mauna Kea Resort. Mauna Kea Beach, possibly the nicest beach in all Hawaii, has limited public spots that fill before 8am most mornings so the ability to come and go to this beach and enjoy the amenities of two hotels makes this a must have for most guests. A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Black Sand Beach, Private Beach 69, and of course two of the best beaches in Hawaii right on the resort; Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.  The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.  Within 10 minutes drive is three high end shopping complexes, Queens Shops at Waikoloa, Kings Shops and the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings. Kumulani is a wonderful gated quiet community at the Mauna Kea Resort. Mauna Kea resort has two glorious beaches (Hapuna and Mauna Kea). With the optional daily resort fee you can use the chairs and towels at the hotel beaches, pools, tennis courts and golf courses. We provide bikes but a car is advised to get out and explore the Big Island and all its adventures and diverse landscape. Guests may also sign up for Mauna Kea Resort Privileges (prices set by Mauna Kea Resort) After your booking is accepted on Airbnb you will receive a copy of our home use agreement. We require this to be signed and returned in order to confirm your booking. IMPORTANT: Although the Homeowner Association (HOA) schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
