Welcome to Gården, a large and charming house with plenty of space for many guests. The house has been renovated and refurbished in recent years, and is both cozy and comfortable. The property is a short walk from the lake in rural and idyllic surroundings on Offersøya just outside Sandnessjøen. A good starting point for experiencing the beautiful Helgeland coast with fantastic trips to mountains such as the Seven Sisters or Dønnamannen, island hopping by bike or trips in the beautiful archipelago by boat or kayak. The space The house is large and spacious, has a high standard and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. With 5 bedrooms, two floors and several living rooms/zones, it is suitable for several families. The house is very secluded and is surrounded by a large and sunny garden, with trees, berry bushes and rhubarb. There is a large terrace in front of the house where you can watch the sunset and the moose that often wander by, there is garden furniture, large kettle grill and some outdoor toys such as badminton, football, volleyball and boccia. Inside there are plenty of books, various games and a DVD player with a screen and some movies. No TV. Short walk to the lake on both sides of the island. Guest access The house is located on an island with a bridge connection, 25 min from Sandnessjøen, 15 min from Stokka Airport and 5 min from the ferry dock on Tjøtta, where there is a convenience store. Good parking space on private plot. Four bicycles are included, there is a short distance to the lake on both sides of the house, where there are both beaches and good fishing opportunities. Kayak rental and football golf are also nice activities that are a short walk away. Other things to note There are two extra mattresses in the house with associated duvets and pillows that can also be used for overnight stays in addition to the 8 beds. Please let us know if you wish to use this when booking. There is plenty of bedding (double set for all beds) and towels in the house that can be used. These must be washed and hung to dry upon departure, guests also clean the house themselves before departure, unless otherwise agreed. It is also very important that all waste is sorted at source, description is in the house.
