Proctor's Lakehouse Cottages is a small association of vacation homes on Lake Winnipesaukee. This studio is named Blueberry, after Blueberry Island on the lake. It has a small patio off the entryway facing the lake. We are within a short walk to the Weirs Beach area, which has restaurants, parks, mini-golf, go-karts, bumper boats, arcades, etc. You’ll love Proctor's because of our large private beach with picnic tables, charcoal grills and Adirondack chairs for you to use. The space **Fully Renovated Spring 2023** A single room studio located about 50' from our private association beach. There is a small patio off the lakeside entryway looking towards where the Weirs Channel opens to Paugus Bay. There is one queen bed in the single bedroom and a small sleep sofa in the living area. The studio can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child. If you are planning to have 3 adults, it will be too tight, and you should reach out to me about renting an additional small studio unit if available The kitchen area has a sink, small dorm size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, blender, dishes, glasses and silverware. Guest access As a guest in Blueberry, you have access to our 350' sandy beach, the sundeck platform with tables & chairs, and the swim platform. Also located on the beach is a picnic table, charcoal grill and Adirondack chairs. Other things to note The sunsets from the patio are spectacular! There is a possibility of noise heard from the unit above. Mostly it's walking and chair noise.
