The condo has been totally redecorated and upgraded. The kitchen and bathroom are newly remodeled with maple cabinets and elegant granite counter tops. There is a very comfortable king size bed, a well-stocked kitchen, central AC, bamboo floors throughout, and a washer / dryer. The Condo is owned and maintained by Maui residents. Sugar Beach Resort has lots to offer. There is a large heated pool, hot tub, sauna, picnic area, gas grills, and the “Sandwitch" restaurant. Also, there is a center on the property, "Maui Sights & Treasures,” that will book any type of activity offered on Maui. Sugar Beach Resort is centrally located resting on Maalaea Bay, Maui's longest stretch of uninterrupted shore. Sugar Beach, named for its fine white sand, is six-miles-long and excellent for swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaking, canoe paddling or for just relaxing -- perfect for a morning or evening walk. This is a completely self-contained, fully equipped condo, with it's own entrance and private lanai. Guests who arrive after 5:00 pm, when the front desk is closed, can easily access the condo themselves by using the door code given prior to arriving. Always available by phone, text or email. We live only 30 minutes away. Sugar Beach is centrally located. It's 9 miles from the airport; 10 minutes to Kihei's shops, activities, and restaurants; 20 minutes to Wailea's upscale shops and restaurants; and 30 minutes from the West Side of the island where you'll find Whalers Village -- a great place for shopping, dining, and entertainment activities; and it's adjacent to the beautiful Ka'anapali Beach. There is lots of parking on the property and easy access to the elevator. The Condo is on the 4th floor about 100 feet once you exit the elevator. We provide liquid hand soap, hand sanitizer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dish washing soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, non-chlorine powder bleach, and fabric softener sheets for use with the dryer. We also provide beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, towels), along with plastic glasses and an ice chest.
