Big Island Vacation Houses presents: The Banyan House. This lush, tropical oasis is located in beautiful North Kohala and offers an immersive Hawaiian experience removed from the tourist traps and bustle of other locales. In fact, it may have you believing you're a local. Note:There may be coqui frogs sound at night. The Banyan House is two stories of luxury, housing an impressive 9 foot solid koa-slab island in the 1st floor kitchen, large first & second story lanais (including a screened in area on the second story that can be used as a third bedroom), two queen sized bedrooms, 1 full bath with 1/2 bath plus separate private outdoor Bali Stone shower that is great after a day at the beach. A large variety of lush flora envelopes and divides the property, including hibiscus, birds of paradise, orchids, ferns, palms, an awesome banyan tree and fruit trees offering the freshest mangoes, papayas, bananas, and avocados that are yours for the picking. Savor oceanic, pastoral or jungle views as tropical birds sing, geckos chatter, the island breezes caress the trees, and the resonance of the tide rhythmically whispering in the distance.
