Our property has one of the best locations in Kailua. The suite itself is private and the best part is we are a short 1 min walk to Kailua Beach Park and another 1 min walk through the park to the beach... You can relax by the pool and enjoy the tropical gardens, or spend your time at the beach without driving and finding parking. Kailua Beach is a great beach to snorkel, swim, kayak, or just walk the beach for hours. You can also watch the sun rise in the morning over the ocean and the moon rise in the evening. It is truly breathtaking! The Sunshine Suite is romantic and is similar to a hotel room in terms of amenities which include a queen bed, AC, free wifi, free parking, shared washer/dryer with laundry soap, kitchen with electric skillet, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, gas BBQ grille, TV with cable, including HBO and more movie channels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and much more. You would enter the suite up the stairs next to the pool across a small bridge. There are two other rentals that share the swimming pool, bbq, bikes, and beach toys. Kailua has wonderful restaurants, fabulous shops, coffee houses, gorgeous beaches and scenery, hiking, biking, kayaking, windsurfing, and kite surfing. Spend your Hawaiian Vacation in one of our beautifully appointed properties. If you do not have a car, we have bikes for you to use.
