We do not live on the island but do have an amazing caretaker who makes sure the house is ready for you before your arrival. There are many walking and biking paths that will take you to the beach, romantic restaurants, full service spa's and more. Included is a parking pass which will allow you to park for free at The Beach Club. An amazing restaurant and bar right on the water. Only Two parking spaces inside complex **New rules 2020** Palm Villas is a smoke-free community. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not permitted anywhere in units or on the complex grounds. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we will no longer be supplying masks & snorkels for use. We will have swim fins and other beach gear for your use.
