Private pool house in the back of the main house where landlords live on site. House is located right off Kalanianaole hwy. 12 min from Hanauma bay, waikiki, daimond head and 25 min from downtown. Private pool house has 1 lockable bedroom, enclosed sun room with bed, desk and sofa, full bathroom& full kitchen: stove, oven and fridge, granite island bar counter, 2 ACs, Cold/hot water dispenser, washer/dryer on site, Large size pool with coconut trees and other tropical fruits, parking & gated. This detached pool house is like a 1 bedroom house. There is one room that has a locking door and the 2nd room is a sun room that faces the pool and has curtains to close it off from the living room and kitchen area. The kitchen and living room is an open space in the middle of the unit. It has new cabinets and granite counter top. It is a full kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and stove. The full bathroom is off to the side of the kitchen and has tub shower with shower curtains. You have access to a parking spot designated for your use in our gated yard. You have access to the washer and dryer on site. You have access to the pool and it is swim at your own risk as there is no life guard on duty. No drinking in the pool. No swimming after 10pm. No nude/skinny dipping. The main house is off limits to guest unless invited inside when host is home. This is a private detached unit on our property. It fronts the pool and court yard. We will interact with guest if necessary and if the guest initiates otherwise we give them their privacy. Waikiki is on strike! so if you want quiet and peaceful place to stay book my home asap before it all booked up. Our house fronts Kalanianaole Hwy. The unit is in the back of the property. It is a quiet neighborhood that is safe and close to the bus line. There are 3 bus stops less then a block from us. We are close to Kahala Mall, Kalani High school, Hawaii Kai costco and many great hikes. Our home is a block away from a local beach that is great for wind surfing, stand up paddle board and kite surfing. We have a Kayak and Paddle board for you to borrow (damage to or theft of equipment will be charged to the guest) at your own risk. We have a full guide of the island that we will email to all our guest prior to check in. The guide is great for a 7 day tour of Oahu and covers all the must see attractions of our island and many hikes, shops and food recommendations. Our property does has external security cameras to monitor for safety and security. It is also to ensure that no house rules are broken or no outside non registered guest are permitted on the property. Cameras are facing pool area, driveway/garage, entrance and exits of both dwellings, front yard/gate. Need a rental car? I got a couple you can choose from. It's free pick up and drop off only if you're staying with us. so its easy and convenient to book and use. You can get around by Bus, scooter or rent a car. We offer car for rent. Our house is also near 3 bus stops. Quiet hours are between 10PM-7AM. * Please do not put food scraps or trash in the kitchen or bathroom drains, or flush anything down the toilet (i.e. no sanitary napkins or paper towel), There is a trash container next to toilet for toilet paper and other trash products. Any costs required to hire a plumber to unclog the drains will be charged to you (the guest). * Please make every effort to remove all makeup prior to using the linens (i.e. bedsheets/towels). Costs to replace linens due to large stains that cannot come out in the wash will be charged to you (the guest). If any stains of any sort does occur please alert us immediately so that it can be treated. *While sand is INEVITABLE (it is Hawaii after all), please make every effort to keep the sand outside. Tips include leaving beach towels hanging outside (on the bench), and washing your feet before entry (tap located beside garbage/recycling area or on the grass). * Ants and other insects are common pest on the island. We try our best to keep them out so please keep all food covered, bagged or in the fridge, keep doors closed and wipe down counters after eating or cooking to prevent attracting pests. * You (the guest) are not allowed to bring more guests than registered on the booking without clarifying with the hosts first. Extra guest = extra guest fee. *Pet needs to br disclosed and approved. There is $60/pet fee. *You (the guest) is responsible for keeping your guest suite locked during the stay and locking the gate properly at checkout. *You (the guest) are responsible for any damage or theft. * Please turn off lights and AC when not in use. * Security camera are placed through out the property to monitor external activities for safety and security purposes. They are placed in plain sight with view of entrance ways to pool house and main house, pool area, front yard/gate, garage & drive way.
