The cozy, spacious first floor apartment has a bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room, bedroom, central heating and a small terrace. The apartment is ideally suited for 2 - 3 people. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a third bed. The apartment has a total size of about 70 square meters. We have 1 bike that you are welcome to borrow by arrangement. By arrangement, a handicapped-friendly access would be possible. The apartment is handicapped accessible. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor in a newly renovated 100 year old farmhouse. We have renovated and refurbished this in recent years in terms of heat technology. There is a new built-in kitchen. The bathroom is new and modern and combines the original old fixtures with the tiles from the 60s. The apartment has a rustic, rural charm. It is bright, sunny and friendly and looks invitingly warm thanks to the real wooden floor in the living room. It gets particularly homely due to a tiled stove. However, we heat via central heating. The large tiled stove is a wonderful gem and gives the room a calming atmosphere. In summer, the small terrace is also a dream just in front of the dining room and in a garden full of fruit trees. Guest access Our house is located almost in the center of town, in a quiet location and has a large garden. From the highway it can be reached in 5 minutes by car, from the train station in 10 minutes on foot. One parking space in front of the house is at your disposal. You have the first floor for you, which means bedroom, bathroom, living and dining room as well as the kitchen. In the small front garden in front of your terrace, you are welcome to stay by appointment. Feel free to take some of the windfall. Other things to note We have a washing machine and a freezer for you. Unfortunately, smoking is not allowed in our apartment.
