Clean and convenient located between city & ocean. Both rooms have air conditioning for the hot days. The apartment has all the amenities, including snorkel gear, beach towels and chairs. The apartment was renovated on April 2014, the shower and vanity counter were renovated on May 2017. The apartment is private, quiet and secure. It was just renovated and all the furniture, bedsheets, towels are brand new. It has AC in both rooms, but because of the open air, the rooms are breeze and cool. The building has concrete walls giving everyone's privacy. The view is expansive and serene. The building faces Wailoa Park. The views from both living room and bedroom are tranquil and relaxing. The building has a good size swimming pool next to the park with a BBQ. You can walk to Hilo Bay front Beach Park by crossing the Wailoa Park. I live 10 minutes away and I am available if needed. The building is located within a walking distance to Hilo Bay, downtown shops, movie theater, museums and cafes. The building residents are mostly retirees. They are friendly, quietly and respectful. There is a parking space for your rental, bike rack and the city bus passes on schedule. From the building, you can walk to all downtown cafes & restaurants and to Hilo Bay. While one side of the building faces downtown Hilo, the other side faces beautiful Wailoa Park and Wailoa River that connects to the ocean.
