This new townhouse in trendy East Nashville makes the perfect comfortable and clean place to stay during your trip to Music City. Walk to nearby restaurants, bars and coffee shops, or it's quick 4 mile Uber/Lyft ride to Downtown and the famous Broadway. The master bedroom on the third floor hosts a king size bed with fresh linens and sheets made over a memory foam mattress. French doors open to a large terrace to make this a true retreat. The full private bathroom includes a double vanity, large shower and full length mirror. Soap, shampoo, lotion, fresh towels and hair dryer are all included along with some addition amenities in case anything else is needed. The guest bedroom on the first floor hosts a queen size bed with fresh linens and sheets made over a memory foam mattress. A large walk in closet offers plenty of space to store your belongings during your stay. The full private bath with large shower/bath combo includes fresh towels, soap, shampoo, lotion and hairdryer. The second floor boasts a kitchen, living room and dining room. Perfect for cooking during your stay, enjoying complimentary breakfast, or relaxing with a movie after a long day touring around. A desk and wifi printer create an easy space to to get a little work done or print off any tickets you need during your stay. The terrace is also accessible from the stairwell on the third floor and includes a large sectional and table/chairs to relax. Enjoy the morning sun with your coffee or afternoon shade with a drink and your friends. There is a washer/dryer under the stairs on the first floor that is available to you along with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Free parking is available in the parking lot behind the townhouse; please limit to 2 unassigned spots - any additional cars will need to find parking along the side street which is also free. There is an electronic keypad lock on the back and front doors to make coming and going easy and convenient. When using Uber/Lyft, please heve them pickup and drop off in the parking lot by the back door rather than the busy street in front of the unit. Guests will have full access to the entire house with the exception of the master closet and the left cabinet under the sink in the master bathroom. There is a hanging rod provided on the outside of closet door to hang clothes along with a large dresser for storage during your stay. The right sink cabinet and drawers will be available and will hold extra amenities for you. East Nashville has changed a lot over the past few years. It is now one of the top places to be in Nashville and is full of amazing local restaurants, music venues, and shops. Free parking in lot behind townhouse (2 unassigned spots per unit) and free street parking on side streets. Uber and Lyft are usually less expensive than parking downtown since the townhouse is only 4 miles from downtown. This is my home which I share with guests when I travel, which is quite often for work and play.
